Dark was home alone when he found it. A small box, sitting on his desk, waiting to be opened. He picked it up and examined it. 'Can't be too careful' he thought. Deeming the box as safe, he opened it.
Inside was a ring. Nothing ornate, but a simple metal band. Removing it from the box, Dark examined it for any hidden surprises. Then, he put it on his right hand. A wave of energy coarsed through him, causing him to gasp and collapse.
He felt... different. Almost, stronger maybe. His senses had sharpened. Never before had he felt more alive...

You entered the house, calling out, "Dark, I'm home." As usual, you were met with silence. You put away what you needed to and went into the kitchen to start fixing dinner. After a few minutes into boiling pasta, you felt a warm presence behind you.
Turning around, you came face to face with the dark entity, whose eyes were obscured by his charcoal locks. You jumped back a little, surprised at how close he was. Being the gentleman that he is, Dark usually respects your personal space. Now, he was only a few inches away.
As you looked at him, you said, "Hey, you shouldn't sneak up on people like that. It tends to be rude." He stayed silent. You tried to scan his face for any emotion when something on his neck caught your eye. There was a reddish-black spot on his neck that reminded you of dragon scales. You started to lift your hand as you said, "Is your neck alright?"
You went to touch it when Dark grabbed your hand. You yelped in shock. His hand had scales on it as well. You then heard a low growl from the entity before you. You looked up at him and into his red, draconic eyes. With his other hand, he gently grasped your head and pulled you into a kiss.
Your eyes widened, but you didn't kiss back. You felt like something was wrong. Dark then pulled away and winced, hiding his face in your neck. From the corner of your eye to your left, you saw a faint glow. The hold he had on your hand grew tighter as claws grew from his fingers. You looked at his hand and saw that it was a ring that was glowing.
You went to touch it when the two of you crumpled to the ground, Dark on top of you. He moved his head so that he could look at you again. Medium sized horns sat on his head and his jawline was covered in scales. His lips were turned in a snarl, revealing long, sharp canines. There was a feral, yet possessive, look in his eyes.
He then leaned down to your neck and started licking and nipping it. You tried your best to ignore it and focused on getting that ring off of him. You felt like it had something to do with what was happening. Lucky for you, his grip on your hand loosened. Quickly, you removed the ring and threw it across the room.
Dark froze just before his fangs pierced your skin. He then winced again as his draconian features slowly faded away. After a few minutes, he lifted his head, looked at you, and said, "(Y/n)... what happened?" You frowned and said, "Where did you get that ring?"
He gave a look of confusion as you both stood up and said, "I thought you had left it on my desk." You shook your head and said, "Dark, you know that I don't deal with cursed items. Why would I put one on your desk?" Then, there was a static-like giggle.
Dark growled while you groaned. You put a hand on his shoulder and said, "Okay, you deal with him while I take care of the ring, alright." He nodded as you left the room in separate ways.
Bonus ending:
You pat down the dirt where two roads had crossed, sighing. You then started heading for your car when you heard a heavily accented voice say, "Oh, come on, love. You know I don't make deals with these items." You scowled and said, "I know, but the brothers will find it eventually. Maybe sooner if you say something to them."

The Gauge Gifter: Part 3
“I should’ve just stuck to drawing. Magic really is a fucking joke!”
Marvin threw his mask onto his bed in frustration, scowling as the garment ceased movement, facing him as though it was trying to mock him. With a huff he rubbed his eyes, trying to scrub away the tears that he had kept suppressed the whole way home.
Once again, people had laughed at his magic tricks that he performed on the streets…all because he screwed up once. Then the crowd began to leave, until there were only a few observers who remained simply out of pity for the magician.
While he was grateful for that, he just felt so…humiliated.

“Shit, shit, shit. Where the hell did I put that damn thing?!”
After nearly tearing apart your entire room, you let out a huff of annoyance and fell back onto your messy bed, gazing up at the ceiling. “Okay, okay..just relax [y/n],” you put a hand to your slightly sweating forehead. “It’ll probably turn up eventually…you can’t lose sight of a glowing piece of jewelry that easy.”
The “glowing piece of jewelry” in question was a necklace with a dragon claw gripping a colorful crystal ball that swirled with magic. However, that was not the only thing it did:
It granted you the

Antisepticeye and Darkiplier.
((omg, I am soooo sorry guys! I just have been really busy with school and all, sorry for taking so long! Here’s my first Duo for you all! I plan on doing Mad!Cry next, so if you have suggestions, please tell me! ^^))
Both Antisepticeye and Darkiplier. I tried to look calm on the outside, hoping to show Anti that I was okay, but I was screaming on the inside due to Dark’s presence. These two were known throughout all of the Mad youtubers as the “Ideal couple”, though it did seem possible with Dark’s antics. But they were simple good “friends”, I can’t really d

This was inspired by Curses, which was written by Hopelessly-Dreaming. They are really good at writing, so I recommend checking their stuff out. Otherwise, enjoy.
